Architectural Notes - Mailboxes

A friendly reminder:

“All mailboxes and posts are to be kept as initially installed by the builder. Any replacement of post or box must be exactly as the original placed by the builder/developer.” (Quote from HOA Standards, page 18)

As far as color, all mailboxes must be black in color and the posts may be either painted/stained a light grey or made to match the trim color of the house. The HOA Board will appreciate all homeowners bringing and/or maintaining their mailboxes into compliance with this Standard so that a uniform appearance may be maintained.
