As you have hopefully read on hghoa.com, your Board of Directors recently performed a review of association management firms as our current firm, PPM, has resigned the account, due in part to the upcoming retirement of Fran Bourke. Fran has been with HG since its inception, and will be sorely missed!
The review included in-person presentations at the March HOA meeting, and took into account management costs, quality of service offered, references from similar communities, capabilities in financial and accounting departments, etc.
I am pleased to inform you that Charleston Management was selected to oversee the daily functions of our Association. Beginning April 1, 2007, our new Community Manager will be Matoka Snuggs: Matoka@charlestonmanagement.com
