Dear Harrington Grove Residents:

As you have hopefully read on hghoa.com, your Board of Directors recently performed a review of association management firms as our current firm, PPM, has resigned the account, due in part to the upcoming retirement of Fran Bourke. Fran has been with HG since its inception, and will be sorely missed!

The review included in-person presentations at the March HOA meeting, and took into account management costs, quality of service offered, references from similar communities, capabilities in financial and accounting departments, etc.

I am pleased to inform you that Charleston Management was selected to oversee the daily functions of our Association. Beginning April 1, 2007, our new Community Manager will be Matoka Snuggs: Matoka@charlestonmanagement.com

Charleston Management has served the Triangle area for fourteen years, now boasting in excess of one hundred and forty clients. Charleston Management is located in north Raleigh at the intersection of Strickland and Falls of Neuse Roads in the Salem Woods Office Park (Building 812, Suite 202). April Dues Payments

No special action is required on your part. If you haven’t made your payment yet, simply use the billing statement sent by PPM.
